Rigidwall Cleanrooms

Technical Air Products is our vendor for Rigidwall Cleanrooms.  Utilizing framing similar to the softwall rooms, acrylic panels are used to form the walls instead of vinyl curtains.  The Rigidwall Cleanrooms have metal framed doors with closers.  The size and classifications can vary and the rooms can be moved, re-configured or expanded. 

Due to the size of the rigidwall room below, we were able to put it on castors which allowed the unit to be moved throughout the manufacturing space as needed.

Each Rigidwall and Softwall Cleanrooms has a control panel that is used to control the lighting and air flow of the HEPA filters.  Relock connectors are used above the ceiling to connect the individual lights and filters into a termination box that feeds the panel.

The panels of the Rigidwall room are attached after the framing is assemble.  The standard panels are acrylic but other options are available including lexan and painted metal.  

In the project below, Rigidwall panels were used to create a cleanroom in a space that had three existing walls.  The Rigidwalls created a front wall as well as an interior gowning room.
