Due to our focus on building cleanrooms, we have worked with over 100 sterile compounding areas in hospitals, retail pharmacies and home infusion facilities to help them understand and comply with USP Chapter 797. Our audit service consists of an on-site survey of the current facility, measurement of air cleanliness levels, and a written report of recommendations for updating so the facility can comply with Chapter 797. Our report becomes an integral part of the first requirement - a plan of action.
