A Rigidwall Cleanroom is similar to a softwall cleanroom but uses either an acrylic or lexan panel instead of vinyl curtains to form the walls. The Rigidwall Cleanroom utilizes a single pass air flow pattern and can constructed without any columns within the room. The Rigidwall concepts allows for hinged doors to be used instead of strip vinyl curtains used in the softwall rooms. We have installed rooms that are 40' x 50' with an interior ceiling height of 14'.
