Contamination Solutions uses its laser particle counter in a number of ways. When acting as a consultant, our counter becomes a problem solving tool to take air samples levels in production areas in order to determine possible sources of airborne contamination. As a part of our cleanroom or 797 audit services, it serves as a monitor for changes in cleanroom conditions. Upon completion of a cleanroom project, our counter verifies that we have met our cleanliness objective. Our particle counter also measures temperature and relative humidity allowing us to provide a complete assessment of cleanroom conditions. Many of our clients have us conduct monthly bi-annual and annual surveys of their cleanroom facilities so they can catch and correct any changes in cleanliness levels that might result in rejects.
