Self Contained Air Conditioning

An injection molding company manufacturing plastic bottles needed three separate Class 10,000 cleanrooms with individually controlled air conditioning. The rooms had to be located in a general plant environment that was air conditioned. We provided Portafab's modular wall systems to create the enclosure. We used a self contained air handling unit for each room. The HVAC unit provided cooling and air for room pressurization. Each cleanroom had a plenum that was used for introduction of conditioned air from the hvac unit and for recirculation of room air by fan powered HEPA filters. Each room had an opening for a conveyor. The three rooms were completed and operational after five working days. A thermostat in each room controls the hvac unit.  Contamination Solutions has been selected for three separate projects by this client.
