Medical Device Molding

An injection molding company manufacturing medical device parts needed a Class 1,000 cleanroom for packaging parts coming from the molding machines. We installed a cleanroom with its own gowning room. Enclosed conveyors feed the parts from the machines directly into the cleanroom.
Pressurized clean air from the cleanroom flows up the conveyors keeping the new molded parts clean. Fan powered HEPA filters were used to pull air from the larger conditioned space. The air flowed through the cleanroom and back into the larger space. Contamination Solutions was chosen a year after the first installation to expand the cleanroom.
