Air Showers are used to remove particles that might be attached to individuals entering a cleanroom. High velocity air nozzles located in the walls of the air shower blow clean air across the workers as they pass through the air shower. The air velocity is powerful enough to remove attached particles on clothing. The air showers are equipped with a microprocessor which controls the operation. Materials of construction can vary from high pressure laminates to stainless steel.
