A variety of styles of ceiling grid can be used in a cleanroom ceiling. The grid can be gasketed or designed for use with gel seal components. Grid can be hung using standard hanging wire or threaded rod. Each cleanroom has unique characteristics that determine which grid should be used. Grid can be configured so that it is possible to walk across the ceiling without a noticeable deflection. Special walk-able panels are used which enable maintenance workers to service the cleanroom from above the room instead of having to remove ceiling panels from within the room.
