With an overall height of less than 7", our terminal diffuser can fit into most cleanroom ceilings. The diffuser is available in three sizes 24"x24", 24"x42", and 24"x48". The unit can be supplied with either a 10" or 12" ducted collar. The 41 mm filter pack has an air flow rating of 100 fpm. Efficiencies of 99.99% and 99.999% are available. Each filter has one sampling port on the downstream side. Each filter has an adjustable damper for controlling air flow. Initial resistance at 100 fpm is 0.54" w.g.
