Contamination Solutions, Inc. has been the exclusive Germfree representative for WV, VA, NC & SC since 2004.  During that time period, we have worked with numerous hospitals and oncology centers to comply with USP Chapter 797.

The Germfree BZ Series of laminar flow workstations comes in four sizes and with a number of custom options.  The above units are shown with stands but the equipment can also be placed on a counter or table.  Inside the work area meets ISO Class 5 conditions.

The Germfree BBF Series of biological safety cabinets is available in five sizes.  The BBF unit meets Class II Type A1 or A2 specifications.  These units have a partial exhaust.

The Germfree BTE Series of biological safety cabinets is available in three sizes.  The BTE is a total exhaust unit meaning that the air processed through the workstation must be exhausted outside of the room and building.  The BTE complies with Class II Type B2 requirements.

The LFGI Glovebox Isolator complies with USP Chapter 797 and can eliminate the need for a cleanroom for sterile compounding.  The LFGI is available in three sizes and can be used for non-hazardous and hazardous sterile compounding. 

The Versaflow Series also complies with USP Chapter 797 standards and can only be used for non-hazardous sterile compounding.  The Versaflow has been very well received by retail pharmacies and home care compounding facilities.

Germfree equipment is used to either protect the product such as an IV preparation from contamination from the technician or to protect both the product and the technician who is working with a hazardous product such as chemotherapy.
