Cleanroom Components

Fan powered HEPA filters are used in all types of cleanrooms.  They are available in 2'x4' and 2'x2' sizes.  The units can have a three speed or variable speed control switch.  The units can be provided with a pleated prefilter or with a duct collar so they can be connected to a hvac unit.

Access to the area above the ceiling of a cleanroom is important.  One way to accomplish this is to use a 2" ceiling grid and walkable ceiling panels.  Note the workers are getting ready to attach ductwork that will then attach to flex duct that will connect the HEPA filters to the hvac unit.

Pass-thru units are used to transport product in and out of the cleanroom without compromising the conditions inside the cleanroom.  We can provide both standard and custom sizes with interlocks that prevent both doors from being opened at the same time.
